ALTA Surveys can be very complex and require a skilled Surveyor to not only locate the physical features of the property, but also to review the title policy and decipher the sometimes cumbersome legal verbiage that is then documented so the property owner can visualize all of the components of the property. Including easements, restrictions, setbacks and any violation of zoning or other encumbrances that might impact the property.
